Shipping is an extra cost and prices for shipping are estimated at checkout. Products that are in stock will be dispatched within 2-5 working days unless otherwise stated. If we are unable to dispatch your order within that time frame we will contact you via email with an estimated dispatch date. Africa’Zone cannot accept any responsibility for delays beyond our control, which may arise from delivery services, strikes, busy periods like Christmas, etc. Please allow extra time for shipping in instances such as these. You will receive a shipping notice once your order has been dispatched, together with a waybill / tracking number. The delivery time is dependent on the shipping agent’s turn-around time. Standard shipping is via road freight, which usually takes 3-5 business days depending on the hub, route and outlaying area.
The shipping charges exclude insurance. If you would like to include insurance advise us in writing and we will obtain a quote. For your cost.
Collections are welcome by prior arrangement only. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection together with the collection address and suitable time slots.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received by us, unless goods are collected from our place of business and paid for in cash.
Africa’Zone products are individually handcrafted and uniquely yours. Size and appearances, especially in soaps, will therefore invariably vary from batch to batch and from images seen throughout the website.

Damaged goods: Products are deemed to have been received in good order 7 days after receipt. You may return any damaged products within 7 days after receipt for a full refund provided they are unopened in the case of jars and bottles, unused and in still in Africa’Zone original packaging.
Returns/Cancellations: If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel your order and return product provided they are unused and in still in their original Africa’Zone packaging and receive either a full refund, a credit in lieu of future purchases or replacement product. Please inform us in writing before you return goods indicating the reason for your return. Please wrap the package securely. We will contact you by email regarding your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Return postage will only be refunded if goods are damaged and/or in an unsatisfactory condition and insurance was included with your original order’s shipping costs. Refunds will be made via EFT, minus shipping and any costs involved in the crediting procedure. Africa’Zone cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit, and we also advise the use of insured shipping to also return any products.
All sales are final – no refunds are allowed for orders placed if the item goes on sale after the order has been completed
